I don't know Jeffrey H. He is probably one of the members that cannot read the rifle range rules or choose to not follow them. I have had to remind several members this summer about them. The BOD has setup these rules to maintain a safe range and we ALL need to follow them. If not, they my post hours that we can shoot and require that a Range Officer be there when we shoot.
